The subscription grants the right to use the platform (referred to as the “Platform”) under the terms and conditions offered on the Datlas BI website, according to the plan chosen by you:

• Coverage: USA Bill of Ladings + 40 countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela, United Kingdom, European Union, Moldova, Ukraine, Botswana, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Lesotho, Namibia, Nigeria, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, China Fiji, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Vietnam.

When the payment is credited, Datlas will link your personal data to a personal service account that will allow you to access the Platform. The system will automatically record information regarding the natural person who made the payment, the company to which it belongs, if applicable, the payment period, type of plan and the last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment, so that subsequent payments are automated, unless you mandate the termination of the subscription. The processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy that you can consult at the following link.

By subscribing to the plan, you authorize Datlas BI to charge the card associated with your account for the amount informed in the Platform according to the type of plan you have chosen. Likewise, the subscription will be automatically renewed at the expiration of the one-month or one-year period, as applicable, and a new charge will be made for the period, unless you inform Datlas of your intention to cancel the subscription before the start of the new billing cycle. Upon cancellation of the subscription, the payment mandate referred to in this paragraph shall be deemed revoked and your account shall be suspended.
